Venous Disease

I do have venous disease, aka venous reflux or incompetence; this means I do have to keep wearing compression wear. Luckily, I have a few pair that fit better now.
http://metaphysicalweightmanagement.b... I didn't read the directions of a Liver-GI cleanse supplement that you have to take it with food. I also messed up trying to discontinue a psychotropic and accidentally take another one at the same time. Oops. Going to back to what I was doing before.
