Lymphatic MLD Massage series done

 

I have to tell you that my experience with MLD caused me a lot of ambivalence. The experience was lovely overall.  I had a very good provider. The problem was that I have so much shame about my body.  Also, I am very verbal and it was hard to be quiet, or not be able to process. 

I love my MLD massage therapist!
