Post surgery Cszalus compression with feet would bunch up so bad I ended up with ligature marks. I tried cutting the feet off but that just makes the compression become a tourniquet, so don’t do that. The fix is to use the self-adhering bandage wrap (softly) to keep the band at the balls of your feet.
